Due to the growing number of people using a large range of new technologies such as smartphones and tablets, it means that online adverts will be seen by more people. One type of online advertisement would be a short clip at the beginning of a youtube video that you cannot skip. This gives the audience more opportunity to watch the adverts. Sometimes the advert might be related to the video the consumer is watching, meaning it is more likely to catch their attention.
